It was a very quick process and the communication was stellar from the initial meeting with Tom all the way down to getting the water put in. It was just a really smooth process.I had been thinking about a swimming pool for about a week before contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan Pools from a Google search. We had just started the process. We had met with a few other companies. We were originally going to go with a fiber glass pool. Tom came out for our design consultation. He did a fantastic job and completely sold us on our concrete pool. My pool is super straight forward. It is a 16 by 40 rectangle pool. My favorite thing about my pool is the auto cover. I would like to recognize Tom, Al, Viki, and Chloe for their exceptional service. Tom, our design consultant, was fantastic. He is absolutely brilliant. We had a very, very difficult backyard to work with. He was amazing. Al, our project manager, was always smiling and was always very positive. He was very good at constantly checking in with us to make sure everything was going smooth. Viki, the general manager, was awesome too. We met with her when they came out to sign paper work. Everyone was super friendly. Chloe, the scheduler, was in constant communication with us. Everything was just streamline and was such a smooth and easy process. It was a fantastic experience. All of it met my expectations. I don't have any concerns. It was all fantastic from start to finish.
