Though everyone was professional enough. The project took three months to finish This was even when we were told two to three weeks. The project manager never came back to verify completion of work. The glass guy the company attempted to use quoted me 2300 dollars when I was able to get it done by an outside company by 1200. This included install which twin homes never reimbursed me for. The project manager was difficult to get a hold of and in the end cut off communication when I had concerns about pricing. Obviously my concerns were right. The office staff was as polite and professional as could be. The tile guy has impeccable work.
