The staff was very professional and friendly,starting with Dave and Tom in sales and ending with Shawn doing an excellent job installing the water heater. They responded in a timely fashion which meant so much to me since I had no hot water. I would highly recommend this company and all these people as a job well done by everyone! Thank you
