I recently went to Jim Dorsey & Son Inc when I was having issues with the air conditioning unit in my home, and was quite satisfied with how the work from them went. The people from Jim Dorsey & Son were very friendly and professional while they were out here doing the repair, and were excellent at keeping us informed of what was going on and keeping us in the loop. The repair itself went well, and we haven't had any issues with the air conditioner since the repair was completed. Overall I think Jim Dorsey & Son Inc did an excellent job with the work I needed. I would definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them.
