Did not show up for appointment/Wasted my whole day
I had an appointment scheduled today and received a call from them this morning that it would be on the later end of the time between 12-2 and they asked is that ok. I agreed and 2:40 rolls around (40 minutes after scheduled appointment) and they call and say it's going to be even later. I was told that at 4:30 if the tech is still not available I'd have to reschedule. I have wasted my entire day for this company to show up and then they ask me to waste more of it. There are plenty of electricians around that understand your time is valuable unlike this company. I am a repeat customer and this is how I'm treated. Clearly they have grown too large. Do not make the same mistake that I did.
