Zach recently came out to our home to service our generator and to do an all over inspection of the electrical systems in our home. Zach and Beacon went out of their way to accommodate our busy work schedules, which we were very grateful for! Zach was very thorough and did not rush even though we kept him out late that day. What even surprised me even more was when we sat down at the end to go over all of his findings, he explained everything in such a way that I (someone completely out of touch with this sort of topic) was able to not just relay all of the information to my husband, but actually understand what I was telling him!! Thank you so much Zach and Beacon! We will be staying with Beacon for all of our electrical needs in the future!
