Dale and his associate were on time, very courteous, and friendly. They listened to my questions and concerns about the cleaning and stain removal. The process took about one hour to complete. In addition, they wore shoe covers to protect the newly cleaned carpeting. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use and recommend this business.
