This is now the only carpet cleaning company I use. I like how they are a local small business that cares about their reputation. From the ease of scheduling to the promptness of their techs this is a top-notch company. They will come back for free if a stain didn't completely come out after the carpet dries. I've used them to clean carpet, area rugs and upholstery. Once, my daughter spilled hot chocolate on my newly cleaned carpet. Grrr. I called All Seasons, and they said "No problem, we have a 2 week Oops policy" and they came back and cleaned the new stain for free. Recently, I had James clean our area rugs and upholstery. He was excellent! Very knowledgeable and polite. All Seasons is all we use.
