We awoke on a Sunday morning recently to find our furnace had quit. I called the Holley office number and left a message that it was not an emergency as we had another short term heat provider, but would appreciate someone fixing it Monday. We received a call about 8:00
Monday morning to confirm that we still had a problem and to agree on a plan of fixing our problem. Aubrey came out about 9:30, found the problem immediately, and replaced the faulty part temporarily so that we would have heat immediately and then came back about an hour later with a new part better able to provide long term service.
