Lack of Communication! Need To Followup With Customers!
AEMS Service Company was referred to me by my HOA. I called them and they did come out to inspect my water heater which had some rusting on the top and is only four years old! I paid $95.00 for a diagnosis and did not receive a written receipt detailing what the issue is with the water heater. I was told it needed to be replaced! It has been over a week and I still have not heard from Eddie who came out to do the inspection or John who told me he would get pricing for a new water heater. I have contacted the office numerous times to get this resolved and have not heard back from anyone! I think better communication and follow-up with customers is clearly needed. I would and will use them again if they would just communicate with me about the diagnosis and the pricing for a new water heater!
