It was time to replace our 27 year old furnace and heat pump. Salesman was very helpful in deciding the appropriate replacement and the installation was done in a little over a half of a day and works and looks great. Followup visit by one of the installers, about a week later, and later the same day a tech came to review the operation of the equipment and answered several questions we had. We really appreciated the professional installation and especially the followups to put our minds at ease.
