We were pretty much happy with the installation of our Carrier heat pump but for the amount of money we paid for the equipment there should have been a personal follow up with us either by phone or in person. We were not left any documentation or owners manual for the equipment and have several questions and concerns. I would have called them but it's the weekend before Christmas and assume that they would be closed until this coming Wednesday. The heat pump is making a buzzing sound periodically and not sure if it is normal or if there is something wrong. I will be calling them as soon as they are open after Christmas.
