After a slight kerfuffle getting the appointment scheduled due to reaching their answering service, I called back and an appointment for maintenance was scheduled in just a few days. Michael was on time (even a few minutes early), very friendly, explained what he was going to do and then reviewed the outcome of the furnace maintenance and suggested options for areas that might need attention in the future. No pressure or up sale at all. He kindly answered all my questions and even adjusted my thermostat when I mentioned a concern about the wiring. I received an invoice via email before he left the driveway. I'll definitely hire Milwaukie Heating and Cooling for my A/C maintenance in the Summer.
