The service was convenient and straightforward. The technician arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was professional, diligent, and knowledgeable. I liked that he was informative and explained everything to me thoroughly. He let me watch him do the work and learn more about what the problem was. It turned out the air conditioning unit was low on coolant and he took care of it. It has been cooler since and everything has been working properly. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. I absolutely recommend Milwaukie Heating & Cooling and will definitely use them again in the future.
