Milwaukie Heating and Cooling installed my heating system quite a few years ago and I've had them maintain it ever since. They do tune up for me once a year. They're always easy to get a hold of. The guys show up on time and the workmanship is excellent. Their prices are competitive. The last time they came out because my furnace failed. I called them, they came right out, worked on it and it ended up being that we needed a brand new furnace. It was beyond repair, so we decided it was better off to put a new one in. They advocated for me to get rebates and extended warranty from manufacturer. They took care of all of that. They're a great bunch of guys. The service technicians are really nice. Jim is the guy you generally talk to over there when you call and he's great too. The customer service is excellent and i do recommend their service to anyone I talk to who needs a heating contractor.
