I had a very nice experience with Milwaukie Heating & Cooling. I used the company for both their heating and air conditioning services - I use them for yearly maintenance, as well. I have been with them for about a year now, and I generally use them for servicing my air conditioning unit and furnace. The staff is friendly, they know what they're doing, and I never have to worry about any kind mess when working with them. Also, the pricing isn't a problem at all considering the work that they provide. I would definitely recommend them to future customers.
