Milwaukie Heating & Cooling provides excellent service. They installed my furnace, I think back in 2001 and they have been taking care of everything for me since then. Their technician comes out here whenever I give them a call and takes care of my ancient equipment. In addition to regular servicing, he will let me know in advance that it looks like this part is aging and you're going to need to take care of it pretty soon. So we'll set up a time that's convenient for me and he will come back and do the work. I don't have to worry at all. They came out when there was a big freeze here, and my furnace wasn't working. They came right out in the evening and made sure I wasn't without heat. I would say that they have consistently been delivering high quality service to me for over a decade.
