I had a great experience with Maffei Services. I called them to resolve a leakage problem in my hot water tank. They came in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it a few days later. I would have like them to come in to fix it a day earlier, but they resolved the problem and there have not been any issues since, so I have no complaints. Their technicians were competent about what they were doing and were pleasant to work with. They were informative and explained clearly what they were doing and why they were doing it. I also appreciated that they were respectful of our home and wore shoe coverings to stay clean. Maffei's pricing is reasonable compared to their competition and I will continue to use them in the future.
