I am not happy with Service All-Stars. They installed a new HVAC system for me several years ago. I called them because it was leaking. I had an appointment at 2 o'clock and the serviceman did not come until 8 o'clock. I had to pay someone to stay at my condo for several hours and when I got home several hours later, Service All-Stars had still not arrived. I called several times asking when I could expect the serviceman and they kept telling me he was on the way. When he arrived, he climbed up on a ladder and dropped his cordless drill which damaged my wood floor. I explained the unit was leaking. He told me he put some coolant in it and that would take care of the leak. He said the charge was $300.00 but could not explain what it was for. I asked to speak to his manager, and he called his manager. The manager refused to speak to me. I called the office the next day and the lady at the front desk was very rude. I have still not been able to speak with the manager. The serviceman sent a friend of his out a couple of weeks later to repair the floor and it looks okay, not great. I would never recommend them.
