I would have given 5 of 5 stars but, upon installation, I had to change from a 98% furnace to an 80% furnace due to restrictions caused by our house design and codes. I worked extensively with Brian Ertzbischoff on the sales and application end to develop an installation we thought would work for the 98%. Though no new home issues came up during installation, Joshua Forth (installer) advised me codes would not allow the installation Brian and I developed and gave me 2 alternatives that were not acceptable to me. This resulted in switching to the 80%. Brian, Joshua and Randazzo continued to be accommodating and professional. Randazzo and staff make quality and customer satisfaction a priority. I would say your TV ads are accurate.
