Service was good. On time and efficient.

Furnace in home is relatively new purchased directly from Randazzo. When we raised a question as to why the high pressure switch needed replacement ( understanding this is unusual early in equipment life), service person seemed annoyed and said, “ you should expect parts to wear out. When a furnace is used often it’s assumed the in the cost of doing businesss, things kind of things happen”.

We thought the response was not extremely customer friendly. We have owned many homes in the past. Furnace part replacement and repairs were a very uncommon occurrence. When a customer makes a $10K outlay for what they are told is the top of the line equipment, we don’t think it is unreasonable to ask a question like this.
