Our furnance went out and quit working on the coldest day of the year. We called several companies but they would only come out the next day. Randazzo came out that evening, discovered that we had a bad switch which he would have to order but fixed it so we would have heat until the part came in. It was order and scheduled to be replaced next Thursday. The technician was very good and pleasant.
