Not Happy

I used Steve's Plumbing & Heating after I found them in the Yellow Pages. I was having issues with my air conditioning unit, so I reached out them, and scheduled my appointment. I took the day off of work, and waited all day for them. They cancelled at the last moment, and decided to show up the next day. When they finally arrived, they spent about 15 minutes switching two wires in the thermostat, charged me $150, and left. I was not very happy. I was inconvenienced, and I had brought up other issues in the house, so they could've checked other stuff. But, they just switched some wires, and left. I probably wouldn't use them again.

We are so sorry that the service you received from us was not up to your expectations. We do try very hard to estimate the lengths of our scheduled service calls to not inconvenience our customers with rescheduling, Sometimes we run into an unexpected issue and it takes longer than we could have anticipated. We do understand that it is frustrating, especially when you take the day off of work. We will be discussing the additional work that you talked about with our HVAC tech. When we send them out they should be addressing all of your concerns that day and not just the one we were called to look at. Unfortunately, we can not change your experience that day but we can offer you a free year of our Guardian membership. With this membership you would receive a free fall inspection for your furnace, an A/C inspection for next spring, priority service for emergencies for the next year, along with discounts, and extended warranties.
