I am very satisfied with how the whole operation was handled. The service tech call and told me approximately when he’d be at my home. He arrived promptly and we discuss the issue. He then proceeded to give me options of how to address it. After discussing this with my husband we chose the option of membership They completed their task efficiently. They were both personable and professional. I would highly recommend CPI to anyone in the future.
