Our Technician was Dominic and was very cordial and new what he was doing our upstairs shower leak through the downstairs ceiling during the repair he discovered the tube lip where the drain would attach had a small crack and need to be repaired before he could put the new drain in he called Steven who does this type of work. So got it fix so Dominic could complete his job which he did, very happy with both repairs. Thank You Dominic.
