Excellent job replacing a toilet shutoff valve
Jake came on time, explained what was wrong with the valve, what he needed to do, did it quickly, explained how the valve worked, what is required to replace it, gave me a demonstration of how to replace the valve. Very efficient guy, very professional and personable.
