I operate a youth homeless shelter in Mount Vernon. I asked CPI to come in to help fix a sink that was pulling out of the wall. The staff person from CPI, Colton I think his name was, was here at the time he said he would be. He understood that due to the work we do here in the shelter we cannot be closed or without water for even one night. He showed did all the necessary work and found that we also had two rusted valves that were rusted and should be replaced. He asked me first if it was ok to do and explained the impacts of keeping said fixtures and replacing them. I had him go ahead and do it. He was done quickly, fixed everything and cleaned up after himself. I didn’t have to clean anything afterward and he made everything work as it should. We will be using CPI from here on out.
