We were losing hot water and it appeared that since there was no leak that it was the thermostat or a gas valve issue. As the tank was old and the anode would need replacing as well we elected to go the more expensive way and put in a new tank which also required and expansion tank. We called CPI and they responded that afternoon and we had hot water by 5:30 that evening. Andy was able to fit us in between calls while he was waiting for the PUD to turn the water on in another area. He was extremely nice young man and we need to emphasize the trades in our schools, they now can make a very good living without a college degree. Andy is a good example of carrying on his fathers profession as a pipe fitter.
