We had an emergency and sent a short email on a Sunday night. CPI called me first thing in the morning and then sent someone out at Noon.
Henry was very pleasant and professional, informed me of what he was doing. We both hoped that it was a simple clogged drain, but the drain turned out to be broken under ground.
Henry stayed eight hours and worked into the evening, ensuring that we could use our toilets before he left.
Henry returned the next morning and finished the work.
