Appreciated Brannigan being willing to help in our emergency, a long and difficult analysis and fix, but ultimately successful. Equipment issues made the process take longer than necessary, although we assume we were not billed for the additional time required (the scope monitor initially was not calibrated for distance, and the scope cable bound up before the main could be reached). Will call in the future with problems.
