Although the hot water heater installation is beautiful, the installer was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable, I feel that the job was a bit on the expensive side. Granted, we did purchase an extended warranty agreement, which also gave us a "CPI customer membership," replaced a recirculating pump and added a bladder tank (both, as per recommendation.} We hope the old adage, "You get what you pay for," holds true and that we get many years of trouble free service, both from the new water heater and from CPI.
