jordan and eddie arrived when they said they would, they were both polite and professional. the installation went seamlessly. the old units were removed,and the area cleaned up. everything i needed to know about my new equipment was explained to me in easy to understand language. i was encouraged to call them with any questions that might arise. all in all a very pleasant experience
