My appointment was between 11-1 and Henry called ahead of time with an eta. Henry presented his business card with an introduction. He put on his booties before entering. We discussed my plumbing problems, he presented solutions and the cost of such. I got part of the work done and plan on having more done at a later date with CPI. Everything was handled in a professional business manner.
