I did not receive an itemized receipt.

I was unable to get the itemized receipt digitally and he said he would drop of a paper receipt but I never received it.

Hi Marlene, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. I do apologize that you have not yet received your receipt as requested. Our technicians use a tablet with the ability to email the receipt while they are still at your home. I just resent the email as it might not have gone through the first time due to poor service in Camano Island. I also am putting one in the mail today. Please let us know if this has resolved your concern.
