I have used Dean Mechanical Inc. about three times now. They come in and check my air conditioner and furnace regularly. When they were in for this visit the air conditioner checked out fine and no repairs had to be made. They checked the furnace and had to replace a part on it that had burned out. They are very efficient and polite in their service calls. They are quick and I think this is because they know what they are doing. I will be calling them in the near future to service the air conditioner to get it ready for summer. I do recommend their services as I have been very happy with them!
