Dean Mechanical Inc installs and services all our air conditioners and furnaces, and the boiler system here in our complex of one hundred and fifty-plus units. Dean Mechanical Inc also does all our minor repairs and replacements. They have a great crew over there and we've worked well with them for quite a few years now. They are totally responsive and come when we call, although we try not to be too demanding with them during the busy season. Dean Mechanical does whatever is necessary to keep all our systems running and in good shape. They are responsive and have shared all their contact information with our maintenance guys so they are always easy to reach.
