Dean Mechanical Inc recently came out to check the furnace for Winter. After they were here I realized that I needed the humidifier checked as well. I still do not hear the pump working. They did not charge me for coming out the second time which was helpful. I think I may have to call them again to have them look at the humidifier again. I think it just might not be running because there is not enough humidity in the house right now. The technician was very polite. They are always nice. he showed up on time too. I know that everything goes up in cost one year to the next. Each year Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain has gone up on their rates. What are you going to do--you have to have the service. I would recommend the company even still and will continue using them. I know them the best and will continue using what I am familiar with. I always trusted them to do everything right.
