It has to be about four or five years that I have been using Dean Mechanical Inc. I recently had them out to clean the furnaces in seven of my rental properties, plus the boiler in my personal residence. This time they sent out two technicians. They really seemed to know what they were doing and provided excellent service. I had really enjoyed Doug, one of their long-time technicians who had worked with me numerous times. I felt that he communicated a lot better. Even still, the work turned out excellent and I am still a very happy customer. Dean Mechanical Inc has always offered reasonable and competitive pricing in comparison to other companies. For what I am doing it is reasonable. I think what I like most about them is the way that I can schedule with them. Once we set things up they jump from one to the next, to the next, to the next! it is very convenient. I will comment on this last time when they sent out two technicians. It did make the work go much quicker. I highly recommend them!
