Dean Mechanical Inc. has been providing us with excellent service for nearly ten years since we have moved into this house. We always use them to service the units. Recently, my husband was installing a new water heater and accidentally knocked out the pilot light on the furnace. We immediately contacted Dean Mechanical Inc to come out and light it for us. While they were here we also had them do the annual cleaning of the heating unit and make sure that all of the parts were functioning properly. The technician who came out brought a trainee with him. Both gentlemen were very professional. I think they only took about forty-five minutes to take care of everything. They were very careful walking through our home to get to the unit. They took the time to stop and check the thermostat a couple of times and reset that as well. Really, we keep using them because they are a fantastic company to do business with and we would highly recommend them.
