On the coldest day of the year, my furnace went down after hours. I called other companies first, which all of them said they could not help me until the next day. I left a message at Dean, expecting the same result. However, my call was returned promptly. I had diagnosed the problem and Sean said he would be here soon after the part warehouse opened. He showed concern when asking how cold the house was. When he arrived when he said he would be here, the furnace was fixed quickly. He pointed out things that should be done to prevent any issues. He had checked to see if my furnace was still under warranty (it wasn't).
