I sent my rug in with pee spots and when they returned it there were some loose threads and tufts over the rug. The delivery men were polite and apologetic. They took my rug back with them free of charge and fixed it so it looked perfect. All the tufts were gone and I couldn't even find where the pee stain used to be. Very professional and courteous.
