I hired QUALITY FLOORS & MORE for installation of tile in the bedroom. They are very customer driven! They listened to what I wanted and were very communicative about getting exactly that. From the sales team to the installation team everyone that I made contact with was extremely willing to help me. The installation crew were professional and finished the install in no time. Once completed, however, the grout didn't quite match what I had expected. Instead of ignoring me and brushing me aside they worked really hard to get the grout to my satisfaction. They were quick to offer a solution and acted quickly with the solution. For this reason, I give them five-stars all around. No one is perfect and the perfect solution is exactly what they did to get me to satisfaction with the look of the tile and grout and I appreciate them for this!
