The carpets in our church haven't looked this good in years. Our only problem was that the technician placed a humidifier and furniture on top of a valuable piano. However, no damage was done and Chris came right over to apologize and make sure everything was OK. We appreciate his quick response. Otherwise, the workmanship was of high quality
