I had an excellent first experience with One Hour Heating and Air & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Fargo. The company replaced my furnace and air conditioning unit. I would describe the staff as polite and knowledgeable. They were interested in letting me know about the issues and actually showing me the work. They came to the job ahead of time and they cleaned up their mess. I would recommend the company and I would use them again if I needed another job done in the future.
