we put in new counter tops and sink. we called one-hour because we paid for extra service benefits. we were told we coud use our old faucet ( a $600 set with touch control). his quote for service to reinstall our faucet and hook up the garbage disposal would be almost $1000, requiring all new parts and new shut off valves. He installed tiny shut off valves. we have very little water presure from the faucet. the garbage disposal was installed wrong, only two of three tabs connected and those were not lockedin place. he said he could not install our faucet. He was late for the appointment to begin with. He made a racial slur about your accounting person in front of my wife who was highly offended after which he said he hoped she was not Jewish. I asked for my one-hour sevice discount on the bill and he said my agreement was with one-hour , not franklin, and no discount would be applied. My wife said I could not have him back in our house. We had another plumber install our faucet in the sink and re-install the disposal properly, locked and level. We still have little water presure and will probably have to get that fixed later.
