Scott came out to service our air conditioner. He showed and explained just what the problems were and what he was doing to to correct them. Also found possible problem with the electric furnace which we will have him repair next fall. He was very professional and efficient. This was our first time using One Hour Heating and will continue doing so in the future. Like the fact that they set up a time slot and call before coming. This doesn't tie us up for a full day.
