My wife and I have been taken care of by One Hour Heating and Air as well as Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years now. It started with a fairly old furnace that quit on us and they were able to arrive quickly and take of things for the night and then the next day go over some options and move forward with the install of a new furnace and AC. The crew was awesome and worked quickly to get everything done. When some issues came up that were as a result of another business unrelated to One Hour they made sure we still had some heat for the several days we had to wait for the propane tank and fuel to arrive. They have always been prompt and if there were any issues they didn't hesitate to address it quickly. Their products and prices are good and reasonable. We have since stuck with them for all of our needs which since the original install has just been an annual inspection. We have also used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Like One Hour they have taken great care of us. Again good products and great service.
