I use One Hour Heating and Air after having gone with several other HVAC providers who clearly lacked knowledge. One Hour Heating and Air technicians have always been extremely well versed and experienced. I've had a 2 different technicians do work at my house and both of them took the time to answer my questions and clearly were knowledgeable and experienced in their skills. My only real compliant is that their parts pricing is very steep (about 2x more than what you could acquire the part for). I understand the need for markup, but in my case a $50 part I could have purchased (exact same make/model/part number) cost me $179 per part.

Despite the high part markups (which may be typical from other HVAC companies) I'll continue to use them as I'm very impressed with their technicians and know that they do know what they are doing which is worth the cost to me.
