I just moved into a new house and within two days the central air died. My one month son cannot be in a house at 80+ degrees so we we going to stay at the in-laws.

I called the Laney's sticker in my unit, told them this and they told me it will be 9 days. NINE days. I saw the one hour van at my neighbors earlier and thought I would give them a shot.

Courtney answered and shared concern for my newborn and put it in the note. She said they would get to me Monday for sure (it was Saturday afternoon) but if anything clears we are priority for the care of the baby.

That night at 10pm Craig called. He finished up his last job and said he read the note about my child. Instead of going home, he came to check if it could be a quick fix to take care of my son. He replaced the part on site recharged the freeon and was done before 11.

He was covered in sweat from a looking day, but was professional and had that nice demeanor you no longer see anymore. He even called the next day to make sure all was well.

I will definitely be calling one hour from now on. Especially knowing Craig works for them.
