This was actually the first time that I had word done by them at my home. I had them fix a leaking pipe inside the house and the work turned out alright. I think overall, it cost me a little bit more than I had anticipated. However, I am very grateful for them sending me a very good technician who was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the quality work that he actually did. I would recommend Bears Home Solutions & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Fargo for their excellent customer service in setting up the appointment, as well as how kind they were communicating with me. I would use them again. I think you get what you pay for and I do not paying a little bit more to have the work done properly and be treated nicely as they treated me.
